Ambarella Receives Global Semiconductor Alliance Award for Favorite Analyst Semiconductor Company

Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMBA), a leading developer of low-power, HD video compression and image processing semiconductors, today announced that the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) has honored the Company with the award for the “Favorite Analyst Semiconductor Company” of 2013. The award was presented to Ambarella executives at the GSA’s annual Awards Dinner Celebration held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 in Santa Clara, California.

Semiconductor financial analysts from top-tier firms select their favorite company for this award. The analysts base their decision on historical as well as projected data such as stock performance, revenue growth, net profit margin, revenue forecasts and product performance. Semiconductor financial analyst Joseph Moore from Morgan Stanley was on-hand to present the award to Ambarella.
